Many people set aside exercise because it is either too time consuming or they are too busy. Contrary to that belief, exercise can be the most defining hour of your day. Science has shown us that as we exercise our energy levels increase, our attitude improves, our relationships grow deeper, and not only is our life expectancy longer, but the quality of those years is better. My goal is to aide others in adopting this mindset. If you dedicate one hour each day to improving your physical health, it will be the most defining hour of your day and make all other aspects of your life improve.
